I simply love Coca-Cola. Drinking it, makes me feel alive, and it makes me feel that I'm doing something I shouldn't.

It's exciting.

At times, I drink more Coca-Cola than water. I'm not proud of this fact, but it's more or less a confession. It's probably because sometimes I even think about Coca-Cola when drinking water.

I have been marketing online for a few years. I have been reading and studying. I have bought a lot of e-books, software, and various products. Some good, and some really awful. Untill now, I have been involved in drive by shooting.

Don't get me wrong. I'm using it as a metaphor. How I imagine drive by shooting feels like when you're holding the gun.

A few minutes ago, showering, I was thinking about whether it's possible that Google, a major corporation with more than 20.000 employees can possibly hate me? By the way. It was an awesome shower, relaxing, but the thoughts, well, they were interesting.

What did I ever do to upset Google?

Ouch. I remember.

I have been blogging for a while, and I have created several blogs. I'm fairly satisfied with my resaults, but when I think back and think of what I should have done different, there are three things that I consider to be my biggest mistakes as a blogger.

Late at night. I watch my inbox. It's packed with emails, close to 200, all waiting for me. As I glanse at the list, it's easy to understand what it's all about.

We all want to to be stars. Some want the fame, the glory and the wealth, others just want the money. We read about it in newspapers, watch it on TV, and it's all over the Internet. We want to become rich, quick and dirty. It's not about work, being creative, and take the path not travelled. It's about finding the quickest and easiest solution.

I have realized that I'm getting older. I'm not using the word old about myself, hopefully I never will. But I'm getting older, and I'm not familiar with all the stuff that I used to know a lot about.

Games.

I used to love playing games. I probably still do, but I hardly ever play.

This is probably why I was really surprised when I read the following post at a discussion forum:

It's early in the morning, about 5 am. I'm freezing. I see the porch still covered with snow. I hear sounds, in the snow, nearby, then, scratching.

I'm at the kitchen. I look outside, it's the cat. This time he's by the window. It comes as no surprise, since he's here every single day. Outside, never inside. He's looking for food. I'm feeding him. Every single day.

This has been going on for 6 months.

You've probably noticed that Bing, Microsoft's new search engine, was launched last year. Since then, I've received increased traffic from search engines. Bing is closing in on Google, but Google is still lonely at the top.

I'm not sure how much help Bing will be for me during 2010, but my guess is that it will increase even more. The reason for this, is that I have added my site to the Bing search engine.

I've been watching how the government in Norway are trying to get people to quit smoking.
