It’s very important to focus on time management when you have kids. It’s very important to focus on your tasks, because if you don’t, then most of the time, it will be close to impossible to get anything done.

Whenever I try to work at home when my kids are awake, this is what usually happens to me (this is my office by the way).

I have even bought myself a chalkboard in order to get more organized. The reason I bought it was so I could write down my thoughts and ideas, and this way I could just take a look at the chalkboard before writing any of my new blog posts.

This is why time management is important to me, along with anger management (LOL). Whenever my kids are awake, I try to have as much fun as possible with them. When they sleep, I try to get as much work done as possible.

I try to stay as focused as I can, and therefore, when I work, I get a lot more done than I used to, and I work a lot faster than I used to.
