Today I had a few minutes extra, minutes that I didn`t know what to do with. So, instead of just surfing around and looking for news of some sorts, I decided to sign up for Twitter.

I have heard many interesting things about Twitter, but I have never used it before today.

My first thoughts from using Twitter for about 10 minutes, is that this community is awesome. I have set up my mobile phone, and I have tested it as well. It worked, even though I have to send an sms message from Norway to another country (not sure where +44 is), and I am not sure how much that will cost me, but it worked and it was a lot of fun.

So far, I have only used Twitter to update my status and tell my friends and the rest of the online world what I am doing. The best part of Twitter (so far) is that by using it, I can also update my Facebook status.

When I am outside and something happens, I can send a text message from my mobile phone and update both Twitter and Facebook, and maybe MyBlogLog as well?

Anyway, I will be testing Twitter from now on and I will keep you updated. If you would like to be my friend at Twitter, I am ready, and while you are at it, you can add me as a friend on Facebook as well.
